No. GourmetFoodMall.net is a password protected, trade-only website that
we call our "wholesale mall." Consumers are able to use
GourmetFoodMall.com which is our "retail mall" platform. If you are
interested in doing both retail (direct to consumer) and wholesale (direct to
trade), GourmetFoodMall offers the only integrated e-commerce platform developed
exclusively for the gourmet products and specialty food industries. We can show

Are
my competitors going to be able to see my wholesale prices?
GourmetFoodMall gives you several options on how you want to handle your
wholesale webstore. You have the following options:
- "Show price to guests" or
"Don't show price to guests." Guests are buyers that you have not
pre-approved to do business with you. If you choose "Don't show price
to guest" they will not be able to view your inventory pricing. This
prevents competitors from shopping your prices. If you choose to "Show
price to guests," all registered GourmetFoodMall.net buyers will be
able to view your current pricing.
- Show price only to "approved
buyers." These are buyers that have been specifically approved by you.
For example, you will want to have all of your current buyers to be able to
place online purchase orders (POs) through your webstore. In addition we
also provide an online mechanism for you to obtain and qualify new
customers.
- You also have the option of "not showing
price" at all in your webstore. With this option you will be able to
still receive online POs and RFPs.
You can discuss these various options with your
GourmetFoodMall account manager to determine the best options for your business.

What
if I only want to sell to selected retailers?
You have the option of only doing business with companies that you
"qualify." We also provide an opportunity for new prospective
customers to submit directly to you online Request for Pricing (RFPs) and online
trade credit applications. The qualification process is determined solely by
you, not by GourmetFoodMall.

How do I
receive my orders?
GourmetFoodMall provides for three types of orders:
1. E-commerce - orders paid by credit card
2. Purchase Orders - online POs placed by your approved customers
3. Request for Pricing - online RFPs placed by new or prospective customers
For all three types of orders you will receive
email notification at the time the order is placed with all of the necessary
information to process that order. Also, you can view each order online through
your GourmetFoodMall Vendor Console.

How much does
it cost?
GourmetFoodMall charges a monthly rent based on the size of your
webstore. Your rent will be charged to your credit card each month and you will
receive an e-receipt (email receipt) on the same day. You can obtain a fee

Who
can I call if I have a problem or question?
Shortly after registration you will be assigned a personal account
manager. Our account managers are there to help you get the most out of your
GourmetFoodMall webstore. Having access to this valuable resource is included in
your monthly rent. Your account manager will provide you with all of the
necessary contact information.
